Oktay BARLASS, the founder of this Law Office, was graduated from the Law Faculty of Istanbul University in 1964.
Barlass currently acts as legal advisor to and member of the board of directors of a number of companies operating in many diverse fields of business, primarily Energy, Automotive Subsidiary Industry, Free Zone Operation, Mining, and Wood and Forest Industry.
Barlass has represented local and foreign clients in many merger, division and acquisition projects so far. He also has the title of Chartered Public Accountant and has represented his clients in many tax lawsuits throughout his professional life.
İrfan BARLASS was graduated from the Law Faculty of Istanbul University in 1997. He is currently a lecturer at the Fiscal Law Department of the Law Faculty of Istanbul University.
Having authored a number of books and articles on the Tax Law, Mr Barlass acts as a legal advisor to a number of companies operating in the fields of automotive, chemistry, tourism, and wind energy. He also has represented his local and foreign clients in many merger, division and acquisition projects throughout his professional carrier.
Bülent GÜLTEKİN was graduated from the Law Faculty of Istanbul University in 1981.
Concentrated on the Transportation Law, the Commercial Law, the Law of Obligations and the Real Estate Law, Mr Gültekin acts as a legal advisor to a number of prominent logistics and transportation companies of Turkey among many clients he represents.
Gülşah KAHRAMAN was graduated from the Law Faculty of Dokuz Eylül University in 2002. She is currently a member of the Bar Association of Istanbul.
KAHRAMAN has considerable experience in the legal proceedings involving Commercial Law, Labour Law, Family Law, and Intellectual Property Law. She also has the title of Trademark and Patent Representative.
Göksu AVCILAR was graduated from the Law Faculty of Istanbul University in 2010 and then attended an English learning course in England for one year and then acquired master’s degree under the Post-Graduation Program on Information and Technology Law at İstanbul Bilgi University.
Concentrated on the Information Technology Law , the Commercial Law, the Labour Law, the Family Law and the Execution and Bankruptcy Law , AVCILAR acts as a Specialist Mediator in the resolution of disputes involving the Labour Law and also works at the Centre for Prevention and Monitoring of Violence Against Women established within the organisation of the Office of Governor of Istanbul.
İrem ÇAKAN was graduated from the Law Faculty of Istanbul University in 2011 and then attended an English learning course in England for one year and then completed her post-graduation study in the Post-Graduation Program on the Information and Technology Law at Istanbul Bilgi University.

İpek YENİ was graduated from the Law Faculty of Kocaeli University in 2018.
