BARLASS AVUKATLIK BÜROSU 1969 yılında İstanbul’da Av. Oktay Barlass tarafından kurulmuştur.   Büronun  ilk yıllarda  yalnızca  Vergi  Hukuku ve  Şirketler  Hukuku   üzerinde yoğunlaşan çalışmaları, zaman içerisinde diğer hukuk dallarını da kapsamıştır.
